I’ve been keeping a running list of AI use cases that aren’t just possible someday — they’re possible today. These are products I wish existed in my life right now, and if I ever had the time or the team, I’d be first in line to build them.
Let’s go:
1. 👩🏽‍🍳 ChefGPT – Your AI-Powered Kitchen Sidekick
This one’s personal. I love South Indian food, I’m lactose intolerant, I intermittent fast, I get hungry at 4pm, and I hate overcomplicating meals. Enter ChefGPT:
An AI that takes your pantry, your preferences, your allergies, and your energy level — and gives you a 15-minute meal plan with exact steps, no wasted ingredients, and minimal cleanup.
→ Bonus: Could even guide you like a live cooking assistant (“Turn down the heat now!”).

2. 🧑🏽‍💼 AI for Job Recruitment (Agentic-Style)
I heard this one on The Headlines podcast — AI is already replacing human recruiters. But this goes deeper: an agentic AI that understands hiring intent, filters resumes, reaches out, schedules interviews, and even explains why it matched a candidate.
→ Smart hiring with built-in transparency. Win-win.

3. 👗 Virtual Fitting Room – Try Before You Buy (For Real)
This one’s a no-brainer. Upload 3 body images and your measurements, and AI generates realistic try-ons across your personalized avatar.
Want to know if that midi dress hugs in the right places? Or if the jacket sleeves are too long? You’ll see it.
Includes options for body shape, fabric behavior, preferences, and more.
→ Finally, shopping that works for all body types — not just the standard model.

4. 🎧 AI-Driven Workout Playlist That Matches Your Pace
This one is pure fun and science. Connect it to your Apple Watch or Fitbit, and your music changes in real time to match your workout intensity.
Fast beats when you need a push, chill tunes when you cool down. Maybe even dynamically altered lyrics (“You got this, J!”) for that mid-run pep.

5. 🏖️ AI Summer Playdate Planner for Parents
Input your kid’s summer availability. Share with friends. The AI figures out the best times for pool days, park meetups, and movie nights.
No more back-and-forth texting chaos. Just: “You’re free Friday at 3pm with the Smiths? Done.”
6. 🗓️ Smarter SignUpGenius (Please!)
Ever used SignUpGenius and wished it wasn’t buried in ads and weird dropdowns?
This is that, but 2025-style: clean UI, ad-free, with AI suggesting what items or time slots are missing, and helping people auto-sign up based on past behavior.
→ “You usually bring cupcakes. Want to do that again?”
7. 🏡 MLS Property Filter Agent
For the house hunters: an AI agent that checks listings daily, compares each to your saved wishlist (location, schools, walk-in closet, etc.), and emails you the top 3 matches — with scoring explanations.
“Match: 92% — Close to your preferred school zone, but backyard is smaller than requested.”
8. 🛡️ AI Security System – Golden Dome Vision
In the wake of advancing missile and drone technologies, the concept of a comprehensive air defense system for the United States—something akin to a “Golden Dome”—has become increasingly relevant. This idea isn’t new. As highlighted in a recent episode of The Excerpt podcast, Ronald Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) from the Cold War era laid the groundwork for this vision, even if he believed it might not be achievable in his lifetime.

Fast forward over 40 years, and while we still don’t have a fully realized missile defense shield, the landscape of technology has evolved dramatically. AI now offers a level of reasoning, prediction, and automation that could make such a defense system far more feasible and effective than ever before.
The idea of a “Golden Dome” isn’t just about building a single system; it’s about creating an umbrella of initiatives, integrating various technologies to form a cohesive defense network. AI can play a crucial role in this by providing intelligent threat detection, predictive analytics, and automated responses that can adapt in real-time. It’s a compelling vision: one where the combination of historical ambition and modern AI innovation could finally bring Reagan’s dream closer to reality.
AI watches for behavioral anomalies, recognizes patterns in physical or cyber intrusions, and triggers defenses automatically.
→ Banking, airports, government, even smart homes — all could use this kind of perimeter intelligence.
9. 🧬 Stem Cell Revolution: The Role of AI in Accelerating Breakthroughs
Another fascinating thread from the All-In podcast featuring Tony Robbins touched on the incredible potential of stem cell research. Robbins highlighted how stem cells are at the forefront of a revolution in healthcare, with the potential to treat a wide range of ailments, and maybe even reverse aging. The idea that we might witness the cure of diseases and the transformation of human health in our lifetime is truly mind-blowing.

And yes, AI could play a pivotal role in accelerating these breakthroughs. By leveraging AI, researchers can analyze vast datasets, predict outcomes, and personalize treatments faster and more accurately than ever before. It’s exciting to imagine how AI could help us unlock the full potential of stem cell therapies and bring these futuristic treatments into reality.
10. ♻️ Wall-E for Roadside Trash – Why Haven’t We Automated This Yet?
Watching humans pick up trash on a scorching highway shoulder made me think: Why are we still doing this manually?
We already have autonomous vehicles, object detection, terrain mapping, robotic arms…

Let’s build a bot that can:
- Navigate roadsides
- Detect and collect trash
- Compact and store waste
- Keep humans safe and traffic flowing
This one screams “obvious use of existing tech.” We’re ready. Just need someone to put the pieces together.
⚡ Final Note:
I would love to build any of these — truly. If I had the time, the team, or the right spark of opportunity, I’d be all in. These aren’t moonshots. These are realistic, helpful, buildable AI experiences that would make everyday life better.
Until then… I’ll just keep dreaming, sketching, and waiting for the right moment to go from idea to implementation.
